ORIIMEC TO FEATURE LCC 05HR2 AT METALFORM '03
Erlanger, Ky. — Oriimec Corporation of America will display the latest technology in straightener/feeders at the MetalForm '03 show, March 23-26 in Rosemont, Illinois.
The Orii LCC 05HR2 high-performance straightener/feeder combination unit is ideal for metal stampers looking to save space on the shop room floor without sacrificing quality and versatility. This dynamic machine is only 3724.5mm long and can handle material from 70mm to 500mm wide and up to 6.0mm thick.
The new 05HR2 unit has been upgraded to add a variety of advanced functions to meet the changing needs of today's stampers, but was designed with easy operation in mind. Coil setting, straightening and feeding functions are made simple with a unique computer-controlled servo system. The HM-type CCS control panel has been improved on this model to minimize the possibility of operator mistakes and focus on safety. Backed-up straightening rolls, hands-off coil threading, automatic roll lift and photo sensor loop control are just a few of the features that come standard on this model. Optional items that can be added on this unit include press feed master control, programmable punch gagging and zig-zag feeding.
